The house is located in the quiet village Maria de la Salud and you can walk to the centre where there is a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. Further services and petrol stations can be found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro. By car you can go to the northern beaches, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia. The house has 3 bedrooms, open kitchen, private salt swimming pool and terrace. The pool has a size of 8 x 3 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. In addition, there is Wifi, satellite TV and a complete kitchen equipment. The larger bedroom upstairs has an air-conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs does not have air-conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air-conditioning in the large bedroom will still cool the room.
