The family-friendly holiday home impresses with its fantastic outdoor area with pool and sea view and invites 6 people to a relaxing holiday with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is furnished in the typical Menorcan style and equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. In the communal area that you share with the guests of the other 3 holiday homes, a large terrace with pool and sun loungers invite you to relaxing holidays and to enjoy the fantastic view of the sea. In addition, a private terrace with garden furniture and a portable barbecue is at your disposal. Besides all the comfort the villa offers, it is also ideally situated: shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 500 m away and, likewise again, the wide sandy beach Son Bou, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. Parking spaces are available on the street. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cot with bed linen is available upon request and for an extra fee of €28 per week.
