This is a unique property due to its size and accessibility options. The spacious villa has a traditional charm and occupies a large plot in a quiet rural area. Guests staying here can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the sea, and the Sierra de Almijara in the distance. It is possible to walk to El Playazo beach, just 1 km away (foot access only). Accessibility: Arrival at Villa El Crucero is through its large electric gates, which provide access to a private parking area with enough space for 3 cars. All areas of the property (except the apartment) are accessible via a ramp ideal for wheelchair users or infirm guests. This ramp surrounds the property and reaches the pool and BBQ areas. Inside the main building, there is a small internal ramp from the dining room/kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: Exterior: The outdoor pool is saltwater for a much better quality swim than standard chlorine pools. Marta's Recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located on Calle Carabeo, in the center of Nerja. She bet that it would be a highly sought-after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a little extra. But I had my doubts... the villa wasn't cheap, although the interior is of a high standard. We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it turned out... Location and Exterior And our clients love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about how much valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot, and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, as Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for people who have parking there. Allow me to tell you a bit more about this charming villa. On the ground floor, there are large windows that open onto a splendid terrace with a private pool (4m x 6m) and fantastic views.
