Beautiful private finca with 3000m2 of land only 3 km from the beach. The finca boasts a large green area with lawns, orange and lemon trees and a variety of plants. The swimming pool is 5x10m with roman steps with outdoor shower and toilet and a covered barbecue with a small fridge. The house, stylishly decorated and recently renovated, has three double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The third bedroom has the bathroom in front which has been completely renovated. All three bedrooms are air conditioned. The living room has satellite tv and has an access to a covered terrace. The house has two floors although the ground floor is closed off and can be used for 4 people. Access to the main floor of the house is via stairs, once inside we find the large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has an exit to a furnished glazed terrace, fireplace and a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views.
