The Villa has air conditioning and heating (by air conducts) throughout. On the outside, manicured gardens and an ample and sunny terrace that is completed with a sheltered build-in barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely hammocks and sun umbrellas suround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has joined and secure kids area, wich is very shallow, perfect for young children. The house is a traditional Mallorcan build. It has been decorated with great detail in the Mallorcan traditional style. Inside a nice hall welcomes you and takes you into the main living area, with confortable sofas and some armchairs surrounding the fireplace.
