Villa Sa Sinia is a fantastic villa with private swimming pool for up to 12 people located on a privileged rural setting close to Petra in mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (by air conducts) throughout. On the outside, manicured gardens and an ample and sunny terrace that is completed with a sheltered build-in barbecue, outdoor dinning area and a gorgeous swimming pool. Lovely hammocks and sun umbrellas suround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has joined and secure kids area, wich is very shallow, perfect for young children. The house is a traditional Mallorcan build. It has been decorated with great detail in the Mallorcan traditional style. Inside a nice hall welcomes you and takes you into the main living area, with confortable sofas and some armchairs surrounding the fireplace. A separate dinning area gives you access to the kitchen, that is completelly equiped with modern apliances.On the ground floor there is 2 double bedrooms qith ensuite bathrooms. Beautifully hand crafted wood railings on the stairs. Upstairs, 4 ample double bedrooms all with buid in wardrobes and 4 full bathrooms, all en-suite. There is also a cortesy toilet. On the ground floor, the typical Majorcan house, which can accommodate 12 people, has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two suites, each consisting of a bedroom with en suite bathroom and a living room. The child-friendly villa also has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a cot, a highchair (both on request) and a parking space on the property. The Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees has a 70-m² pool plus a 13-m² pool for children and a covered terrace with seating area, table tennis table and barbecue, where you can sit and enjoy your relaxing holiday.
