Then, you will be ready to spend a joyful day of sun and beach, or maybe you rather hike or bike throughout the island. In the afternoon, the pool, which no doubt is the true protagonist, will be your meeting point. This is a salt-water pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and with a depth that ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. There are several sun loungers around, so that you can bask in the sun, and a great lawn area for the little ones to play after the swim. The best plan in the evening is to cook a delicious barbecue and end the day on the exterior coaches by a sparkling glass of champagne. In addition, there is an exterior bathroom with a shower for your major comfort. The property is fully fenced and the privacy is total, although there are neighbours nearby. This pretty holiday villa is situated in Crestatx, a residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, just a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Your holiday starts as soon as you go through the majestic iron gates. The villa has a beautiful garden with 34 palm trees, hence the name ´La Palmeras´. There is a lovely, swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, with a waterfall, as well both an outdoor charcoal barbecue, gas BBQ. There is also a shower room by the pool and a pond - complete with fish and terrapins! The holiday villa has recently been renovated and is very tastefully decorated. The accommodation is divided into two separate, self-contained units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The house sleeps 12 in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedded rooms. Each part of the house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room and they have their own entrances.
