The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels.
