The comfort finca Son Quillot 1 is situated on a plot of land of approx. 15,000 sqm in an absolutely quiet environment. The chic natural stone finca was completed at the end of March 2022 and was equipped with modern building services. Nothing is missing here. Both on the terraces and in the furnishing of the living rooms, attention was paid to quality. Comfortable seating furniture and comfortable beds welcome the holiday guest. The wonderful backyard of the house has a private above ground salt water pool that measures 4 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a nice porch with barbecue and the solarium area where you can relax in the sun. The house is fenced and has direct neighbours. The two-storey house retains traditional elements and offers a cosy style. On the main floor you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor there is another room with a gym machine where you can work out; 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; and a bathroom with shower.
