Located in the northern part of the beach of Xeraco in Avenida de la Mota 40 in the vicinity of restaurants and other services. Quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a children's pool surrounded by communal areas that can be walked on and landscaped. Attic flat on the first floor, all in perfect condition. It has three bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, a toilet, independent kitchen with dishwasher and a large south facing terrace of 20 m2 (with awning) with fabulous sea views. From this terrace there is access by stairs to the upper terrace for private use. The living/dining room has access to the terrace on the ground floor and is equipped with air conditioning, as is the master bedroom. Parking space included. Capacity 6/7 people.
