In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. It is a three-storey house. On the ground floor, there is a wide living room with TV-SAT as well as both CD and DVD players. Immediately after, you have access to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic cooktop. Next to it, there is the laundry exit, where you will find two washing machines, two dryers, iron and ironing board. On this floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds apart from having two bathrooms with bathtub.
