Beautiful recently renovated country house, located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Inca, in the central area of Mallorca. This house is perfect for families with children or groups of friends who want to be located in an environment of tranquility and rest that the countryside offers while also wanting to stay relatively close to the beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa, the mountains of the Sierra de la Tramuntana and the comfort offered by having a large town such Inca close to the house. The house offers a cozy outdoor space consisting of a small pool where you can take a dip on hot summer days and a fully furnished terrace and porch with fantastic views of the countryside and mountains. Inside we find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, all of them with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). The house has satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet in all rooms....

Holiday house with private pool for 6 adults plus babies, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), air conditioning, heating. Our "Finca Sa Tanqueta Rústica" offers a large garden with plenty of space to play. Children can have a great time on the football pitch. The highlight is of course the large swimming pool (7,4 mx 4 m) with new sun loungers and pool towels. The rustic barbecue area is covered and equipped with its own outdoor kitchen. The house has 2 parking spaces. The house has a living space of about 200 m² and is divided on 2 levels, everything except the living room is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and has room for a comfortable breakfast. From the living room you have a great view of the surroundings. The master bedroom with large double bed has its own bathroom en suite. The other 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. All in all it is a house to enjoy your family holidays. Inca is the third largest town of Mallorca and is located in the heart of the island. While it is mainly a residential and industrial town, its famous market and wine cellars attract numerous tourists.
