Montserrat review

Het stadje is voor ons te klein. We zijn geen liefhebbers van toeristische plaatsen, maar dit was wel heel rustig. Wel waren er twee grote supermarkten, de Consum en de Mercadona, dat was perfect.

Mooie stranden, maar jammer dat er zoveel grote schepen in de buurt lagen. Ondanks dat genoten aan port Sappaya in Valencia.

It was a quiet place but with everything you needed, Supermarkets, Bars etc

The city has all the commodities but has no tourism interest.

The sand beaches are large, clean and pleasant despite the industrial environment. The beaches have accesses and parkings which make easy to reach them.

Montserrat review

This isn't a tourist village, there isn't tourist sights, but it has several supermarkets and a couple of playgrounds. There are some walks nearby. There is a drive of around 20 minutes to Silla, from where you can get a fast frequent train into Valencia - a beautiful city, with an excellent aquarium.

Was a bit difficult to drive to from where we stayed. El Saler beach was beautiful with sand dunes. Didn't go in the sea but it is fairly wavey and shelves deeply I'm told.
