Residencial Dorasal is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, beachfront (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand. There is no elevator. It offers a play area with swings, a swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's puddle, and 2,000 m2 of garden areas. Just 25 meters away, there is a multi-sport area and a grove with swings for the little ones. This is a ground-floor apartment with a spacious northwest-facing terrace (with awnings) that has access to a private garden and an exit to La Costera street from the garden. The apartment comprises a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower). The master bedroom has a small additional terrace. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining room and the master bedroom; the other bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment accommodates 6 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
