The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. The exterior area is very beautiful thanks to the garden area and the great private chlorine pool that sizes 11 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.80 metres and is surrounded by the wonderful Mallorcan stone. There are 4 sun loungers next to the pool where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading under the parasols. There are two terrace perfectly furnished where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue. The property is fenced and there are several buildings in the plot, although the poll and garden are private for our clients. The house boasts a lovely rustic style comprising 80 m2 in a cosy and practical way. You are welcome by a wonderful living - dining - kitchen where you can spend time all together with your family and friends. You will have a great tine cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob while having an appetiser and set the table before your banquet. Then, you can relax in the living area while chatting, listening to some music or watching the TV-Sat. There are two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One has a double bed, space for a baby cot (there also is a high-chair) and direct exit to one of the terraces.
