In the 1960s/70s, this very pretty fishing village was a stronghold for young people on a budget. I googled it... here you can read all about what was there back then and what they experienced. The terrace, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, is spacious and furnished with a round dining table with four chairs and two sun loungers with parasols. And on warm summer evenings, you can light the barbecue and grill whatever you have bought at the weekly market in Santanyí. Old village house, of which there is evidence since the mid-nineteenth century, completely renovated in 2019. It has a living area of 162m2, distributed in first floor and second floor, a garage of 29m2 and a solarium on the roof of 50m2 with sea and mountain views. The house is located behind the church of the village of s'Alqueria Blanca, in a central but very quiet street. In the same street is the oldest wood-fired oven in the village, opened in 1936, and an ice cream parlor. Less than five minutes walk away we have the village supermarket, other ovens, restaurants and craft stores. There are cycle-tourist routes to the beaches of the Natural Park of Mondragó and Porto Petro. By car you can reach them in five minutes. There are also hiking routes to visit the Pou del Rei and the sanctuary of Consolació, historical places of interest of the town. The airport and the city of Palma are approximately one hour away by car. The house is fully equipped. It has three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (all with shower), living room, kitchen-dining room, pantry, garage and solarium.
