The exterior area of this property is very beautiful. It's surrounded by the landscape of the fields and the mountains. You can cook a delicious BBQ outdoors and enjoy it at the hurdle roofed terrace, cool down in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5 metres and is 2 metres deep- or simply relax at the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is full of greenery around and you'll also find fruit trees like almond or orange trees. It offers total privacy. The two-storey house offers a charming traditional but modern atmosphere. You can rest or enjoy a reading in the air-conditioned living room which is equipped with satellite TV. In the Tramuntana mountains on the west coast of Mallorca is the bay and beach of the same name, Cala Tuent, with calm, crystal clear waters and against a picturesque mountain backdrop. At the edge of this bay is the idyllically situated, 120 m2 holiday home "Can Sito" on the mountainside, embedded in a lot of green. The rustic holiday home has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, the third with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet and can accommodate 6 people. The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1. The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house. The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature. Fornalutx is a small and very charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca.
