This wonderful finca offers a beautiful corner where yo can enjoy your deserved vacation. It offers a great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres, together with 12 sun loungers to sunbathe or just relax. The shade of the porch is perfect for a succulent barbecue and a delicious dessert while the little ones play some table tennis or at the playground by the pool. The property is fenced and privacy is total since there are no neighbours around. The building comprises two floors offering the essencial common rooms twice because in the ground floor we find two living-dining rooms equipped with two sofas each one. They are perfect to have a good time while reading a book or watching the satellite TV channels. There also are two kitchens equipped both with a gas stove, dining table and all utensils you need to cook. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The main floor offers three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. Villa located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Porto Cristo, situated on the front line by the sea with access to a small rocky cove where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters. 50 meters from the house, we find the Torre de’s Serral dels Falcons, one of the best-preserved watchtowers on the east of the island, dating back to 1,577. The famous Caves of Drach are located 500 meters from the house; don't hesitate to visit them. Portocristo beach is less than 1 kilometer away, and the marina is 500 meters away. In the marina area, you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita, and Cala Magrana are located 5 minutes from the house.
