Villa Ponte is a magnificent house, surrounded by a large plot with a privileged location on one of the most emblematic beaches of Menorca, Cala Galdana. From its terrace and swimming pool you can see the whole beach. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 5 of them with two beds and one bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other rooms are divided into three bathrooms, all of them renovated and up to date. The living-dining room together with the separate kitchen form the central axis from which you have access to the magnificent covered and uncovered terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and other small appliances. The Villa is prepared and equipped for 11 people with a Minorcan style decoration, simple and functional for the summer. It is worth mentioning that 3 bedrooms are on the first floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase and another two on the ground floor which also have to climb a few steps. The double bed is 150 cm and the single beds are 80 and 90 cm. The beach can be reached by a staircase very close to the house or by going along the street and walking approximately 900 metres.
