Oliveres is ideal for the small family and is only 3 km from the beach. The house is built on a plot of 15900m2, and has a fenced garden of about 2000m2. The entire house is built at ground level between hundreds of young olive trees. The pool in the middle of the lawn of the garden and measures 8x4m. The open kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and all necessary small appliances turns into a dining room with air conditioning. The living room is separated, has air conditioning and satellite TV and wifi internet. There is also a 35m2 large covered and furnished terrace. The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has air conditioning. Additionally, there is a second bathroom. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
