This is the best option if you want to stay near the beach and at the same time enjoy all modern comforts including a private pool with integrated jacuzzi, which is also acclimatised, and where you will be able to relax and disconnect during your vacation. This is a chlorine pool sizing 3x3 metres and with a depth between 1.4 and 1.5 metres which is placed on the ground floor terrace of the house. You will also find comfortable sofas and armchairs at the terrace, in order to rest having a drink before going out. It also offers an exterior shower to wash off the sand and the salt after a long day at the beach. This accommodation is a village house with attached and nearby neighbours. From the pool terrace we enter the amazing open-concept living room which also includes the dining area and the kitchen. It is decorated with a great style characterised by modern lines and warm and soft colours. You can rest at the sofa while watching the Smart TV and refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining area has capacity for 6 people. It is separated from the kitchen by a bar with high stools. The kitchen is small but well equipped. It includes a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher among others. On this floor you will also find a little toilet with a basin and a WC. On a plot of more than 300 square meters, and with more than 250 meters built, it has 4 double bedrooms, the typical Mallorcan style house, in the town of S, Illot, on the east coast of Mallorca, is an ideal house for families, and for small groups. The three available bathrooms guarantee a pleasant degree of privacy, and the various balconies and terraces offer an ideal retreat. The cozy holiday home is in the southern part of the town of S,Illot, and belongs to the Manacor town hall, a city traditionally famous for the wood industry, the pearl industry, and for the caves, which are in Porto Cristo, very near S,Illot. The sandy beach, ideal for all audiences, of S,illot, is very close, just a short walk away, and is linked by a bridge, over the Ca N,Amer torrent, which allows access to the beach of Sa Eat. In the other part of Sa Coma, to the north, we find the Punta de N'Amer Nature Reserve. You can explore this landscape on foot or by bicycle through many small paths. We also recommend these walks, on horseback. The house can accommodate up to 4 children, up to 15 years old, at no additional charge.
