The property is secluded. The historic property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded garden of approx. 800 m² with pool was extensively renovated and modernised in September 2012 and converted into a small apartment building, while retaining the traditional Mallorcan style. Can Mavi has five spacious and functionally equipped holiday flats.
