All the rooms of this property are distributed on one floor. In Sa Plaça (market square) the weekly market takes place every Sunday, and there are flower and fresh produce stalls every day except Mondays. As excursion tips, we can recommend the surrounding wine cellars, the imposing Church of San Miguel within the village of Felanitx and the nearby castles "Castell de Santueri" and "Monasterio de San Salvador". Classic rustic finca near Felanitx for 10 people with a large garden and a large swimming pool. Son Oliver is a classic Mallorcan finca that preserves the typical Mallorcan character, located 4 kilometres from the village of Felanitx, and 15 minutes from the coves of the east coast of Mallorca. We arrive at the house and find a beautiful garden, which combines lawn with Mediterranean plants such as rosemary or lavender, an area of arches in front of the house separates the house from the pool and under them there is a dining table, a chill out and barbecue. The pool is 6x10 meters and is surrounded by a large lawn area where there are sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The entrance to the house is through a large entrance hall. To the right there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a classic wardrobe with mirror, next to the bedroom there is a complete bathroom with bathtub. To the left of the entrance hall is the living room with the sofas next to the television, the elements that have been preserved such as the fireplace or the old laundry room stand out. Then there is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with built-in furniture. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed.
