The chlorine swimming pool is 10 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 2.10 m. There is beautiful Majorcan stone surrounding the pool. There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. You can relax in the hall while watching a film on the satellite-tv, on the dvd player or listening to your favourite cd’s. This are all things you can do after preparing and enjoying a mediterranean recipe on the glass-ceramic hob. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The two-storey house is decorated and furnished in a rustic style, as well as other traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, wooden beams, terracotta floors and so on.
