This house is located on the outskirts of Santanyí. Although you can reach the center of Santanyí in just 5 minutes, you can enjoy peace and quiet here. The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago or Cala S'Amarador can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. First floor: Here you will find the large living and dining area with sofa corner, dining table, pool table and adjoining, open modern kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). There is a bath and a shower room en suite. Second floor: Here, on a tower gallery, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), a shower room and a balcony.
