In this incredible and well-kept villa your vacation will be unforgettable. Its chlorine pool of 10*5 m and 1 to 1.70 m depth, with exterior shower, is surrounded by fantastic sun loungers to sunbather and different gardened areas with lawn. Surrounding the country house, you can find different fruit trees and, depending on the season, you will be able to collect plums, almonds and carob beans. In one porch with barbecue next to the pool you can enjoy a pleasant evening accompanied of a tasty barbecue and a glass of wine. The property is totally private and there are no direct neighbours. This house distributes its spacious rooms on two floors. On the ground floor, in the same space, you will find the living room, where you can relax watching satellite TV or listening to music, the dining area and the vitro-ceramic kitchen, with direct access to the outside porch. The exterior area is very beautiful thanks to the garden area and the great private chlorine pool that sizes 11 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.80 metres and is surrounded by the wonderful Mallorcan stone. There are 4 sun loungers next to the pool where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading under the parasols. There are two terrace perfectly furnished where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue. The property is fenced and there are several buildings in the plot, although the poll and garden are private for our clients. The house boasts a lovely rustic style comprising 80 m2 in a cosy and practical way. You are welcome by a wonderful living - dining - kitchen where you can spend time all together with your family and friends. You will have a great tine cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob while having an appetiser and set the table before your banquet. Then, you can relax in the living area while chatting, listening to some music or watching the TV-Sat. There are two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each.
