This newly built house has two floors and is located in a quiet area on a very large plot of land with wonderful views from the first floor of the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each has a bathroom with a shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: the latest generation appliances, very nice crockery and cutlery, etc. The living-dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxed afternoons in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished, and the barbecue is located next to a typical old stone house. The entire house has underfloor heating.
