There are 4 sun loungers next to the pool where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a good reading under the parasols. There are two terraces perfectly furnished where you can enjoy a succulent barbecue. The property is fenced and there are several buildings in the plot, although the poll and garden are private for our clients. Interior The house boasts a lovely rustic style comprising 80 m2 in a cosy and practical way. You are welcome by a wonderful living - dining - kitchen where you can spend time all together with your family and friends. You will have a great tine cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob while having an appetiser and set the table before your banquet. Casa Andreu is a lovely house for four people with beautiful outside area and private pool to rent in a peaceful location in the outskirts of the small village of Es Llombards. The sandy beach Cala Llombards is only 5 km away and Santanyi with shops, restaurants and a bustling weekly market is 4.5 km. away. It's a charming one-storey country house. Open living/dining room with kitchen area; both with access to the outside. Andreu has two twin bedrooms -one with en suite shower-room. There is another separate shower room. Beautiful well kept outside area with sun and shadow areas, pool, terrace and barbecue area. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020.
