This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter. Both areas have direct access to the pool area, the terrace is fully furnished and the barbecue is situated next to a typical old stone house. The whole house has underfloor heating. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Every year about 8,3 tons of CO 2 are avoided. Three cats have been part of our finca for several years.
