It is ideal for summer dips and it is surrounded by a fantastic garden where you will lie to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or prepare a barbecue with your friends. From there we get into the ground floor porch up some stairs. The porch is furnished to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbours so privacy is partial. The 400 m2 accommodation is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and familiar living room where you can watch the TV or have a rest. It opens to the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, and with a comfortable island with stools to work easily, together with a dining area for 6 people where you will spend quality time with your loved ones while cooking. Apart from that, you will find an incredible dining room for 10 people. The first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, is also on the ground floor, as well as the second bedroom but this has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
