The highlight of the house is certainly the exceptional view, partly as far as Barcelona. To this is added the private hiking route to the stone bay from the house. The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the pebble beach Cala Deia 10 km. The airport can be reached in 30.2 km.
